Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Providing individual and small group support to students in various subjects.
• Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement creative lesson plans.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued.
• Offering emotional support and encouragement to students, helping them build confidence and resilience.
• Assisting with classroom management and organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements of a Teaching Assistant:

• A willingness to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students.
• Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
• You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
• You will have GCSE grades of A -C in Maths and English ( or equivalent )
