A number of lovely, welcoming schools are looking for Supply Teachers to be based in their schools. If you are looking for flexibility and being able to choose the days you work, this may be the opportunity for you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning and behavioural needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting students in the classroom to ensure their engagement and understanding.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to address individual learning needs.
• Collaborating with teachers and the SEN department to create tailored learning plans.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love for learning among students.

If you have:

• A passion for working with children
• Flexibility to teach in a range of age groups
• The motivation to help students progress
• Excellent communication
• Time management and organisational skills
• The right to work in the UK
• QTS if a UK trained teacher
• A valid DBS on the update service
