Day Rate:£75-85 a day (based on experienced)

Are you an experienced Teaching Assitant looking for work in primary schools?

Are you looking to start or expand your teaching career?

Colmore education are currently working with Primary Schools across Birmingham resourcing dedicated and passionate teaching assistants to join their team.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Primary TA would include:

• Offering support to children, often on a 1-to-1 basis, and giving aid to other teaching staff
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting attainment, development, and progress
• Managing behaviour in the classroom

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• All right to work in the UK documents.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• The ability to adapt to different teaching environments and year groups.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in education, can “get stuck in” and shows the patience to be able to offer support dedicated to children.
