Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Droylsden

Empowering Learning Manchester is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our passionate team at a school in Droylsden. Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
• Support students with their learning, providing one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with the teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
• Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.

Requirements:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Have experience working in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show a caring and compassionate approach towards students.
• Display a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
