Contract: Full-Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Salary: Competitive, Based on the M1 – M6 Teaching Scale and Determined by Experience

As our Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of our educational team, providing vital support to both teachers and students. If you’re passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and helping children reach their full potential, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Support in the planning and preparation of teaching materials.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Relevant teaching or education qualifications.
• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
• Passion for supporting the educational development of young learners.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
