This is a multicultural school in South East London, within easy access to local tube, overground and bus routes. The school is well run by a long standing Head Teacher and has a good work ethic. The school works on fostering a love for learning, as well as an independent approach to education. The school promotes the arts and believes that exposure to art, dance, drama and other arts enhance the person. The school is also actively involved in the community’s art projects.

Our teaching assistants’ duties can include:

Working with small groups of pupils
Providing intervention support
1:1 support for lower ability pupilsThe ideal applicant will have:

Some experience of working with children or in a school
A real passion for education and improving the attainment of pupils
Bags of creativity for stimulating and engaging pupils
