Under the direction of the class teacher, you will support students to engage in learning opportunities. Some students will have additional needs and personalised learning plans. Main Responsibilities-Follow the direction of the class teacher -Provide learning support for students with additional needs -Help prepare learning resources -Support students to develop self-regulation skills -Supervise pupils during break/lunch -Adhere to all school policies and procedures Essential Criteria/Skills-Good level of spoken and written English -Access to a car and a valid driving license -Ability to work in a team -Ability to establish trusting relationships Desirable Criteria-HLTA qualification -Prior experience working in a school/college
