Are you a qualified and dedicated Teaching Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity to work in an outstanding Junior School in Sheffield? We are looking for a confident and experienced individual to join our vibrant team from January 8th on a full-time basis.

Role Overview:

As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across all year groups, including Year 6. The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and those facing additional learning difficulties. Notably, behaviour is not an issue at our school, fostering a positive and conducive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Provide effective support to teachers and students across various year groups.

• SEN Experience: Ideally, have experience working with children with SEN and additional learning difficulties.

• Positive Environment: Contribute to maintaining our school’s positive and nurturing atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Teaching Assistant Qualification: Hold a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification.

• Experience: Confidence in supporting all year groups, including Year 6.

• SEN Experience: Ideally, have experience working with children with SEN and additional learning difficulties.
