We are excited to welcome applications for the full-time Teaching Assistant position based in Birmingham. This role entails a dedicated, long-term commitment within a mainstream school, collaborating with Primary-aged students. The ideal candidate should possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience working with Primary school children.

Primary Responsibilities:

– Offer support and aid to students during classroom activities, contributing to the maintenance of positive classroom behavior.

– Demonstrate exceptional classroom management skills and a strong organizational ability.

– Actively engage in school events and community-building activities.

The successful candidate for the Teaching Assistant role will possess:

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (Required)
• Excellent ability to accommodate classroom activities to individual needs
• Previous experience working with students from Early years to KS2
