Teaching assistant – Sleaford Full Time

Simply Education are looking for Primary school Teaching Assistants who are looking for roles in the Sleaford area from March 2021.

We work closely with a number of primary schools in the local area and there is a frequent need for support staff working as a Teaching Assistant. There will be even higher need to teaching assistants when schools fully reopen. These assignments could lead to permanent opportunities but also offer flexibility for those only looking for part-time hours. After speaking with our clients we have found there is a big need for 1-1 Teaching Assistants for short and long term assignments to help support the return of pupils into education. If you have experience with SEN Schools that would be added bonus.

The Requirements:

As the successful Teaching Assistant you will need to;

– Have a recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification

– Have experience working in a school

– Have strong classroom management skills

– Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and a creative approach is necessary

– Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.

The Benefits:
