Teaching Assistant (TA)Full-Time

Location: Watford, HertfordshireHours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday to FridayContract Type: Temporary, with possibilities of extension and permanent opportunities

Your responsibilities as a teaching assistant

• Assist the class teacher in the preparation of lessons and materials
• Provide 1:1 support to students who may need additional help
• Supervise and support students during class activities
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to ensure the overall well-being of students

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (desirable but not essential)
• Level 3 qualification (desirable)
• A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting
