Rugeley House School is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team! We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting the children with their work and supporting with pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Our two children’s homes in Rugeley are looking for Support Workers that are passionate about changing lives. You don’t need previous experience but you will need a can do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Our team currently care for young people between 12-19 who have autism and can display challenging behaviours. Our cosy home has a sensory room, dark den and an outdoor play area and as a Support Worker you will take part in activities including baking, day trips, holidays and activities in the local Blithbury community.
