From weekly Musical Bumps sessions for the little ones to football sessions for the pre-schoolers, we strike the perfect balance between enjoyment and education. The pre-school room boasts an interactive whiteboard for hands-on phonic sessions and other engaging activities.
Our full-time Kitchen Assistant, under the guidance of a qualified Chef, ensures your child enjoys balanced meals and snacks, completing the holistic Little Elms experience.
They are currently looking for an experienced early years professional to take on the position of Toddler Room Manager / Third in Charge of the nursery.

Every year you will receive an additional day’s annual leave, per year of service, to a maximum of 5 extra days entitlement a year.
The ideal candidate must have:
Previous experience working as a Room Leader or Room Manager
A minimum Level 3 in Childcare and Education
Previous Experience in a Leadership Role
Strong leadership skills
Sound knowledge of the EYFS
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to use initiative
A passion for the Early Years
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Certificate and employment references
