Why this school?
This setting has strong links with their surrounding community including local nurseries and feeder secondary schools. Successful applicants can expect to receive training from specialist CPD Workshops and team teaching alongside experienced members of staff.
This is an Ofsted rated good school and is at the heart of its local community. The Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team have worked tirelessly over the last few years to drive the school forward and implement effective CPD training to its staff. The school is especially proud of its SEND provision which offers robust support to learners. Those pupils who have benefitted from the support of the SEND Team are now closing the attainment gap within school. Ofsted have commented that pupils benefit from the calming atmosphere in school and as such conduct themselves well in lesson and around the school site. The school also places an additional focus onto ‘Forest School’ which allows pupils to lead in their educational development.
