We are currently working with a warm, inclusive and nurturing School that provides high-quality education and care for pupils with a range of special educational needs. The school is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential in a supportive and well-structured environment.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team and support pupils across the school. This position starts after the Easter break.

About the role:

• Working closely with class teachers and the wider support team to deliver tailored learning and care
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access the curriculum
• Promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation and independence
• Creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment

The ideal candidate:

• Can work effectively as part of a team and follow guidance from teachers and therapists
• Is proactive, reliable and committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
• Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant SEN or childcare qualifications
