An exciting opportunity to work within an upscale and full-service hotel who boast a central location in Liverpool city centre. Searching for a ‘hands on’ and pro-active Sales and Marketing individual with a panache for delivering the commercial goals of the business and growing sales and revenue streams across multiple outlets. In this role, you will build and develop strong relationships with clients, by managing the client accounts, revenue generation, local PR and brand image as the face and voice of the brand.
You will be required to manage the external and internal sales function, generate new business and maintain existing account revenues. You will be expected to work in a team and liaise with the other Heads of Department and General Manager with regards to promotions, events and regular guests. This will involve accurate forecasting, reviewing and considering the market demand, keeping competitor activity/SWOT analysis up to date on a regular basis.
Through successful networking, client meetings entertaining, exhibitions, presentations, trade shows and open days you will be responsible for driving sales within the resort property and local market place, ensuring all revenue targets are achieved, and exceeded.
