My client is London’s premier teaching recruitment agency. Focusing on Primary, Secondary and Special schools, our client finds work for teachers, NQTs, Teaching Assistants and more. Founded 2006 by an experienced teacher, my client has a thriving business and is looking to continue its expansion.

Responsibilities of A Trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

Sourcing Candidates

Candidate Interviews

Account Management and Face-to-face meetings with Clients

Providing clients with interview feedback

-Training Scheme- You will be put through a comprehensive training programme that will be tailored to you and designed to give you all the tools you need to become a top billing recruitment consultant

Trainee Recruitment Consultant Requirements:

Ambitious, driven, money-motivated, hard-working.

Sales Experience preferred but not essential

Teaching experience is preferred but not essential.

Candidates ideally have 2:1 degree – 2:2 will still be considered.
