My client is looking for TWO recruitment consultants to join their thriving branch to work either Primary or Secondary desks.

Education Recruitment Consultant:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• after a range of schools, you will be expected to build upon the existing relationships we have with schools in the area, assisting with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs.
• is a very warm desk with several pre-existing relationships
• business development calls with schools and arrange client meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.
• progress, and convert sales leads.
• maintain, and develop client relationships.
• and attract suitable candidates using a variety of methods.
• candidate registrations following company regulations.
• the recruitment process from start to finish
• place candidates to meet client requirements and to achieve targets.
• exceptional customer service and high standards with both clients and candidates.
• and meet agreed KPI targets.
• and exceed agreed financial targets

You will need:

• be able to work full-time Monday-Friday 7.00 am 4.30pm
• a UK, full driver’s licence
• be able to work well within a small team
• be confident when speaking to people either candidates or clients
• desire to go above and beyond

In return, you ll receive.

• basic salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
• commission structure with uncapped potential earnings
• hours in school holidays (5.5-hour days in the summer holidays)
