Academics Ltd are working with secondary schools in Reading, Berkshire who are seeking Fully Qualified MFL Teachers for day-to-day, long-term/ part-tim/ full time and permanent roles. If you are a passionate about teaching French get in touch!

Both NQTs and experienced MFL Teachers can be considered for these roles.

We are looking for a teacher with a passion for teaching modern foreign languages, who can be flexible, adaptable, and dynamic. The MFL teacher will be required to teach across all abilities from key stage 3 to key stage 5. You will have an engaging and enthusiastic approach to managing the classroom with the ability to build fast and effective rapport with pupils.

You will need to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from a PGCE, GTP, Bachelor of Education, Certificate of Education or through the Schools Direct Programme.

The Candidate;

  • Has excellent knowledge of the MFL curriculum
  • Specialise in French
  • Has recent teaching experience
  • Has strong classroom management skills
  • Can promote cultural development
  • Close the gap in performance of all pupils with special educational needs or disabilities
  • ECT are welcome
