The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans/activities promoting inclusiveness.
• Track students’ academic progress and assist with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Handle all situations appropriately, prioritizing students’ safety and well-being.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with children.
• Current Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Effective communication skills.
• Patience and a strong sense of empathy.
