I have been working closely with a fantastic Primary School located in Quinton for several years now, and I am now working with them to recruit a Year 5 Teacher to work with them on a full-time basis, starting after Easter.

The role itself is a temp-perm position, leading to a permanent contract with the school for the right Teacher. There is also the opportunity for career progression, as the school are looking to appoint someone into the position of year group lead. The Head Teacher is looking for someone with excellent classroom management, who teaches with an enthusiastic and nurturing approach and has high expectations of learning.

The school itself is a 2 form-entry Primary School, with an incredibly warm and friendly team of staff in the office and throughout the school. The school is rated “Good” by Ofsted and provides excellent support for any pupils who have SEND.

Applicants need to have:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience teaching Year 5
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
• Desire to progress in your career
