Position: Spanish and French Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver captivating lessons tailored to students’ diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Instill a deep understanding and appreciation for both the Spanish and French languages and cultures.
• Cultivate an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a lifelong passion for language learning.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to devise effective teaching methodologies and share innovative resources.
• Organize and participate in language-related extracurricular activities, fostering students’ language skills and cultural awareness.
• Maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in French, demonstrating a solid grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Relevant teaching qualifications, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching Spanish and/or French to students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate students effectively.
• A creative and innovative approach to teaching, utilizing technology and interactive resources to enhance learning experiences.
• Genuine passion for languages and a commitment to nurturing students’ enthusiasm for language acquisition.

Location: West Bridgford, NG2
