Salary: Dependent on Experience £90- £120 per day

GSL Education are actively assisting a few schools local to Prescot with their need for dedicated and reliable Supply Teacher’s. Work is available across both primary and secondary schools, so we are able to cater for different preferences. Such flexible work is also a great way to get your foot in the door ahead of longer-term and even permanent roles for January 2025!

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing cover in the absence of the usual class teacher. All work is prepared, so the main requirement is to ensure the students stay and task, managing behaviour and colloborating postively with any members of support staff. Requirements:

• Hold relevant qualifications- QTS ideally
• Be confident in managing classroom behaviour and adapting to different school policies.
• Be prepared to cover a range of subjects as required.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
