On top of this we are commited to finding the best educators in the North East for our client schools with the best commission paying between 10-20% on all weekly GP , this role will have the ability to instil change and champion the company values and vision within your region, defined career progression paths, wellbeing package, early finish Friday, 90 min lunch on Weds and so much more

Reporting in to the Branch Manager, you will have responsibility for the following:

• Growth and development of the Newcastle region
• Working closely with the Head of Region, you will focus on introducing our services to local schools and educational establishments in the North East region
• Looking to increase the added value to local schools
• Work with Teachers, TA’s and support staff across the region to find them the best placements
• Driving culture and focusing on the value add of our service and our team
• Champion Inclusion and Diversity in line with the brand.
• Grow long lasting partnerships with Schools and Academy Trusts.
